摘  要:目的探讨急性有机磷中毒(AOPP)患者细胞因子水平与miR-93表达的关联性。方法选取2015年7月至2017年2月收治确诊AOPP的35例患者作为实验组,选择同期30例健康就诊者作为对照组,对比观察两组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(s VCAM-1)、促炎因子白细胞介素-1β(L-1β)和miR-93表达水平。结果实验组TNF-α、s VCAM-1和IL-1β高于对照组(P<0.001),miR-93表达水平低于对照组(P<0.001)。实验组不同年龄miR-93水平均较对照组低(P<0.05或0.01)。miR-93表达与TNF-α、s VCAM-1、IL-1β水平呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.694、-0.621和-0.665,对应F值分别为74.828、54.065、65.627(均P<0.001)。结论 AOPP不同年龄患者的miR-93呈低表达现象,miR-93表达与TNF-α、s VCAM-1和IL-1β水平呈负相关,miR-93或许参与AOPP的病理生理过程。Objective To investigate connection between cytokine levels and miR-93 expression in patients with AOPP (acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning).Methods 35 cases admitted to hospital and confireed with AOPP from July, 2015 to February,2017 were selected as experimental group,and 30 healthy people were selected as control group at the same time.Then, tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α ) ,soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),proinflammatory cyto-kines interleukin-1β( L-1β)and miR-93 expression levels were observed and compared between the two groups. Results TNF-α, IL-1β and sVCAM-1 of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P 〈 0 .0 0 1 ) , but miR-93 expression level was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.001).The miR-93 levels at different ages in the experi-mental group were lower than those in the control group(P 〈0.05 or 0.01).The miR-93 expression was negatively correlated with TNF-α, sVCAM-1 and IL-1β , and correlation coefficient was -0 .6 9 4, -0 .6 2 1, -0 .6 6 5, respectively, and corresponding F value was 74.828,54.065,and 65.627, respectively(all P〈 0 .0 0 1 ) .Conclusion MiR-93 expression is low in patients with AOPP at different ages,it is negatively correlated with TNF-α, sVCAM-1 and IL-1β .So miR-93 may involve in the pathophys-iological process of AOPP.
