摘 要:目的通过检测急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平,探讨IL-2和IL-6在急性心肌梗死中的发病机制和作用。方法实验分为对照组(NC组)与急性心肌梗死组(AMI组),检测两组患者血清IL-2和IL-6水平。结果 AMI组IL-2和IL-6明显高于NC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在AMI组中IL-2和IL-6之间呈正相关(r=0.733,P<0.05),在NC组中IL-2和IL-6之间无统计学关联(P>0.05)。结论IL-2和IL-6可能参与了急性心肌梗死的炎性反应,炎性反应有可能是急性心肌梗死的发病机制之一。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and role of IL-2(interleukin-2) and IL-6(interleukin-6) in acute myocardial iniarction( AMI) by detecting serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in patients with AMI.Methods The objects were divid-ed into control group (NC group) and acute myocardial infarction group (AMI group ) ,and the serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels of the tw-o groups were detected.Results Serum levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the AMI group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05).The AMI group showed a very high positive correlation between IL-2 and IL-6 ( r = 0.733).But there was no correlation between IL-2 and IL-6 in the NC group( P〉0.05).Conclusion IL-2 and IL-6 may involve in the oc-currence and development of inflammatory reaction in AMI, and inflammatory response may be one of the pathogenesis of AMI.
