基于RS/GIS的益阳市土地利用动态变化及驱动力分析

摘　　要：基于2005、2010、2014年三期TM遥感影像数据,进行土地利用信息提取,在此基础上开展土地利用格局变化、土地利用动态度和土地利用相对变化率分析研究。研究结果表明:在近十年中,益阳市土地利用变化的区域差异性显著,土地利用状况变化较大,其中建设用地面积增加最为显著,其次是水域,其他土地利用类型面积均减少;在新增面积上,耕地、林地、水域所占比重大,而在萎缩面积上,林地、耕地面积减少最为显著。益阳市土地利用程度处于中等偏上水平,益阳市辖各区县表现出各不一样的土地利用程度。其中经济发展、人口增长以及相关政策是引起其土地利用变化的主导因素。本文主要通过研究益阳市近十年的土地利用变化情况,分析其土地利用变动的原因,为益阳市土地利用管理决策提供参考。Three terms of TM remote sensing images are used to extract the land use information of the year of 2005, 2010 and 2014, and based on which the paper analyses the indicators about the land use pattern change, land use dynamic degree and land use index of relative change rate. The result shows that in recent ten years, Yiyang＇s regional difference of land use change is remarkable and great changes have happened in land utilization condition. The most obvious to the growth of the land use type is the construction use land, followed by the waters. Other land use types are all reduced. On the increasing area, the cultivated land, forest land and water area accounted for a significant, while the forest land and cultivated land decrease the most significant on the shrinking area. Degree of land use in Yiyang city is at a moderate level, with the following counties show the different degree. The dominant factors to the change of land use are economic development, population growth and related policies. This paper mainly analyses the cause of land use change, and provide reference for Yiyang city land utilization management decisions through the study of land use change in nearly ten years.
