摘　　要：阴道毛滴虫病是呈全球性分布的一种最常见的非病毒性STD。目前认为,毛滴虫病除了疾病本身对泌尿生殖道的损伤之外,还与不良妊娠结局、不孕症、盆腔炎等疾病有关,并且能增加HIV、HPV等多种病毒传播的风险,甚至参与宫颈癌和前列腺癌等生殖器肿瘤的发生发展过程。因此,阴道毛滴虫及其危害的相关研究已经成为当前备受关注的热点。本文综述了阴道毛滴虫病及其与生殖器恶性肿瘤相关性的研究进展。Vaginal trichomoniasis is one of the most common,globally distributed non-viral STD.It is deemed nowadays that trichomoniasis not only cause damage to urogenital tract,but also associate with adverse pregnancy outcomes,infertility,pelvic inflammatory diseases and other diseases.It can increase the risk of the transmission of HIV,HPV and other viruses,and even involves in the development of cervical cancer,prostate cancer and other genital tumors.Therefore,the study on Trichomonas vaginalis and its associated risks has become the hot spot of concern.This paper reviews the progress in studies on trichomonas vaginalis and its correlation with genital cancers.
