健脾补肾法治疗多囊卵巢综合征39例临床观察

摘　　要：观察健脾补肾法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:将78例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为2组各39例,治疗组采用健脾补肾法治疗,对照组采用达英-35治疗。观察治疗后第1~3个月和治疗后第4~6个月的月经情况以及治疗前后体质量指数、痤疮评分、中医证候的改变情况。结果:月经改善方面,治疗后第1~3个月2组间无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后第4~6个月治疗组月经改善总有效率为74.4%,优于对照组的51.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后临床症状明显改善,证候疗效总有效率为84.6%,优于对照组的59.0%(P<0.05);体质量指数治疗组治疗后较治疗前改善明显(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无明显改善(P>0.05);2组对于痤疮的改善治疗前后均有明显差异(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾补肾法治疗多囊卵巢综合征有效可行,安全性好,具有一定的临床优势。To observe the clinical efficacy of spleen-strengthening and kidney-tonifying therapy in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received spleen-strengthening and kidney-tonifying therapy,while the control group received Diane-35. Menstrual conditions at 1-3 months and4-6 months after treatment,as well as the changes in body mass index（ BMI）,acne score,and traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） syndrome after treatment,were evaluated. Results： There were no significant differences in menstrual conditions between the two groups at 1-3 months after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. At 4-6 months after treatment,the treatment group had a significantly higher overall rate of improvement in menstrual conditions than the control group（ 74. 4% vs51. 3%,P〈0. 05）. The treatment group had a significantly higher overall rate of improvement in TCM syndrome than the control group（ 84. 6% vs59. 0%,P〈0. 05）. The treatment group showed a significant improvement in BMI after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,but the control group showed no significant improvement（ P〈0. 05）. Both groups showed a significant improvement in acne after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Spleen-strengthening and kidney-tonifying therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and is advantageous over other therapies.
