蠲痹历节清酊对小鼠脊髓反射和外周镇痛疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蠲痹历节清酊对小鼠脊髓反射和外周镇痛疗效的研究。方法:将30只SPF级健康雌性KM小鼠随机分成空白对照组、蠲痹历节清酊组、扶他林软膏组,每组10只。使用甩尾法检验扶他林软膏及蠲痹历节清酊抑制脊髓反射镇痛作用;使用醋酸扭体法检验扶他林软膏及蠲痹历节清酊的外周镇痛作用。结果:3组基础潜伏期相互比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);蠲痹历节清酊组与扶他林软膏组比较,甩尾潜伏期均较空白对照组长,扭体次数均较空白对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);蠲痹历节清酊组与扶他林软膏组甩尾潜伏期及扭体次数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蠲痹历节清酊具有一定的脊髓反射镇痛及外周镇痛效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of Juanbi Lijie tincture on spinal reflex in mice and its peripheral analgesic effect. Methods： A total of 30 specific pathogen-free healthy female KM mice were randomly divided into blank control group,Juanbi Lijie tincture group,and voltaren ointment group,with 10 mice in each group. The tailflick test was used to observe the inhibitory effect of Juanbi Lijie tincture on spinal reflex,and acetic acid-induced writhing was used to observe the peripheral analgesic effect of voltaren ointment and Juanbi Lijie tincture. Results：There was no significant difference in basal tail-flick latency between the three groups（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the blank control group,the Juanbi Lijie tincture group and the voltaren ointment group had significantly longer tail-flick latency and a significantly lower number of writhing times（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant differences in tail-flick latency and number of writhing times between the Juanbi Lijie tincture group and the voltaren ointment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Juanbi Lijie tincture has a certain effect on spinal reflex and peripheral analgesic effect.
