摘 要:研究了内层为含碳球团、外层为精矿粉的双层结构复合含碳球团的软熔滴落性能,研究结果表明:双层含碳球团随温度升高,表现为先略微膨胀后有2段快速收缩的过程;当球团碳氧物质的量比为2∶3时,双层球团开始软化温度比普通球团高30℃左右,软化终了温度相差不大;当球团碳氧物质的量比为1∶1时,双层球团软化终了温度比普通球团低30℃左右,开始软化温度相差不大;在配碳量相同的条件下,双层含碳球团的开始熔化温度和开始滴落温度较低。The softening-dropping properties of the double layer carbon-bearing pellet in which the inner was a carbon-bearing pellet and the outer was refined iron-mineral powder were studied. The results showed that the pellet had a slight expansion first, and then had two rapid shrinkage processes with temperature increasing. When the ratio of the amount of substance C to 0 was 2:3, the softening start temperature of the pellet was about 30℃ higher than that of the ordinary pellet, but their softening end temperature had little difference. When the ratio of the amount of substance C to 0 was 1 : 1, the softening end temperature of the pellet was about 30℃ higher than that of the ordinary pellet, but their softening start temperature had little difference. Both melting start temperature and the dropping start temperature of the pellet were low under the same carbon content.
