性早熟患儿母亲亲职压力、社会支持与生活质量的调查

摘　　要：目的 调查性早熟患儿母亲亲职压力、社会支持与生活质量现状,并探讨亲职压力、社会支持对生活质量的影响.方法 使用《亲职压力指标简表》《社会支持评定量表》和《世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表（中文版）》对96名性早熟患儿母亲进行问卷调查.结果 性早熟患儿母亲亲职压力总分和各维度得分高于正常儿童父母,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;性早熟患儿母亲社会支持总分高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;性早熟患儿母亲生活质量在生理健康领域、心理领域2个维度得分低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;亲职压力和生活质量呈负相关（P〈0.05）,亲职压力和社会支持呈负相关（P〈0.05）,社会支持和生活质量呈正相关（P〈0.05）.结论 性早熟患儿母亲亲职压力较大,获得较高的社会支持,生活质量部分领域偏低;三者之间有相关性,对其进行更好的健康教育和心理护理,可以提高治疗的依从性和患儿及家庭的生活质量.Objective To investigate the parental stress, social support and quality of life in mothers of children with precocious puberty, and to explore the impact of parental stress and social support on the quality of life.Methods A questionnaire survey of 96 mothers of children with precocious puberty was conducted using the ＆quot;Family Stress Index＆quot;, ＆quot;Social Support Rating Scale＆quot; and ＆quot;World Health Organization Quality of Life Survey （Chinese version）＆quot;.Results The total score of parental stress and the scores of different dimensions in mothers with precocious puberty were significantly higher than those of normal parents （P＆lt;0.01）. The total score of social support of mothers with precocious puberty was significantly higher than that of domestic norm （P＆lt;0.01）. The scores of quality of life of mothers with precocious puberty were significantly lower than those of domestic norm in the field of physiology and psychology （P＆lt;0.01）. Negative correlation existed not only between parental stress and quality of life, but also between parental stress and social support. Positive correlation existed between social support and quality of life.Conclusions The mothers of children with precocious puberty have high parental pressure, high social support and low quality of life. There are correlations among the three dimensions. Offering health education and mental nursing can improve the compliance during the therapy and the quality of life of both children and family.
