摘　　要：简·华生（Jean Watson）关怀科学模式（Caring Science/Caritas Nursing Models）是首个将人文的“关怀”（Caring）与理性的“科学”（Science）紧密结合的护理.其在十大关怀照护要素中提出应用科学方法行关怀决策,身体力行支持可靠量性、质性研究证据发展关怀科学.其发起关怀科学研究所、国际博爱联盟、国际博爱比较数据库等组织促进证据的传播和应用.应用其他学科研究证据发展“全球护士关怀能量场项目”并推动以证据为基础关怀科学模式应用磁性护理实践,均体现了华生博士在理论研究和实践中对证据的重视.Jean Watson＇s caring science/caritas nursing model is the first of its kind which integrates ＂caring＂ and ＂science＂. He proposes to make caring decisions in a scientific way based on ten caring and nursing elements, and develops the caring science with reliable quantitative and qualitative research evidence. He also founds the Institute of caring science research, the International Union of Fraternity and the International Fraternity Comparison Database, which play a positive role in popularizing his evidence. It is an obvious example of Dr. Watson＇s emphasis on evidence to develop the International Energy Field Project for Nurses and promote the application and practice of his evidence-based caring science model with the research evidence from other discinlines.
