普通高校高水平运动队国际化发展的创新实践

摘　　要：当前世界文化呈现多极化发展趋势,跨民族、跨国界成为世界文化系统的特征,高校肩负着教书育人、传承和发扬中国文化的责任,这就给普通高校高水平运动队发展方向、人才培养、训练竞赛、文化交流等方面的全方位国际接轨提出了新的要求。依据系统原理和国家政策,采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法等研究方法,以我国普通高校高水平运动队发展实践为出发点,探讨普通高校高水平运动队国际化的创新实践,分析其已经具备的优势和进一步发展需要完善的问题:1)建设具有自身特色的国际化品牌运动队;2)以科教创新促进高水平运动队发展能力;3)完善"体教结合"与"一条龙"培养模式,促进高水平运动队建设与国际接轨;4)The current world culture presents the development trend of multi polarization, cross nation has become the characteristic of world cultural system. Colleges and universities undertake the responsibility of cultivating people and inheriting and developing Chinese culture, which puts forward new requirement for all-round internationalization of high-level sports teams of colleges and universities in development direction, talent training, training and competition, and cultural exchanges. According to system principle and the national policy, taking practice as the starting point, this study explores the innovation practice of international development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in China, and analyzes the advantages and problems needed to be improved, by the methods of literature review, field investigation and expert interview. We should 1 ） construct international brand sports team with our own characteristics; 2） promote teams＇ development by innovation of science and education; 3） improve the model of ＂combination of sports and education＂ and ＂one-stop＂ to promote sports team acting on international standards; 4） communicate with foreign universities through sports event, to expand the academic vision of coaches and athletes. This study provides reference for cultivating sports talents in college and universities in China.
