摘　　要：例1,女,40岁。因牙痛自行口服"去痛片"4小时后四肢泛发红斑,界清,表皮分离,伴瘙痒,疼痛,低热,外阴黏膜受累,皮损占体表面积约30%。该患者20年前曾服用"去痛片"发生过相同部位相似皮疹。例2,女,68岁。反复多次自行服用"去痛片",每次用药数小时后下肢即可出现边界清楚的大片红斑,伴水疱、大疱,并累及外阴黏膜,皮损占体表面积约30%。2例均诊断为泛发型固定性药疹,系统应用糖皮质激素治疗,预后好。A 40-years-old female presented with painful erythema spread over the legs,arms,and vulva mucosa with itching and fever after oral compound aminopyrine phenacetin tablet for 4 hours. The lesions covered at least 30% of the body surface area. The patient had the same history 20 years ago. Another 68-years-old female presented with erythema and blisters spread over the legs and vulva mucosa after oral compound aminopyrine phenacetin tablet for several hours and the lesions covered at least 30% of the body surface area.The diagnosis of generalized fixed drug eruption was made in the two patients and were treated with corticosteroid with good outcome.
