摘　　要：计算机用户界面是人们操作和控制整个计算机软件系统的关键环节,是协调和连接计算机与人们之间信息交换的桥梁。分析了用户界面的布局原则,根据塔里木河流域水量调度远程监控系统的功能,探讨了该监控系统各级界面的设计和实施办法。Computer user interface is the key link of people to operate and control the whole computer software system and the information exchange bridge to coordinate and link computer and people. It ana- lyzes the user interface layout principle, according to the Tarim River basin water dispatch remote monitor- ing system function, it discusses each interface design and implementation methods of this monitoring sys- tem.
