摘  要:通过重氮化偶合反应,制备了黄、红、蓝、橙四支活性染料,通过红外、紫外-可见吸收光谱和质谱对产物结构进行了表征。根据三原色原理,将黄、红和蓝三支活性染料进行复配,制备了相应的黑色活性染料。研究表明通过黄、红和蓝三支活性染料复配的黑色染料在450~500 nm之间无吸收,导致其所复配制得的黑色活性染料颜色不纯正。在此基础上,加入橙色活性染料进行复配,最后得到了在400~700 nm之间均匀吸收的黑色活性染料。Four reactive dyes, which were yellow, red, blue, and orange reactive dyes, were prepared by diazotization and coupling reaction. The structures of the products were characterized by FT-IR and mass spectroscopy. Based on the trichromatic theory, a black reactive dye was prepared by mixing yellow, red, and blue reactive dyes. Studies showed that the synergized black reactive dye has no absorption between wavelength range of 450- 500 nm, and its tone of black was not pure enough. Based on the black dye, an orange dye was added and new synergized black dye has even absorption between wavelength 400-700 nm.
