摘　　要：新疆是1个水资源匮乏的地区,但雨水的收集和利用长期以来并未得到重视。论文在分析乌鲁木齐市自然气候条件的基础上,根据新疆建设职业技术学院的地形情况,以校园"十三五"规划为背景,结合海绵城市建设的理念和思路,提出了适合新疆高校校园雨水收集、排放和入渗的规划设计方案,旨在实现校园水资源的可持续利用,可为干旱少雨地区的雨水利用工程提供参考。Xinjiang is an area where water resources are scarce,but the collection and utilization of rainwater has not been paid much attention.Based on the analysis of Urumqi natural climate condition,the 13 th five-year plan of campus development and the terrain condition in campus,we put forward a new design suitable for rainwater collection,drainage,infiltration and green in dry and rainless campuses in order to provide reference for rainwater utilization project in dry and rainless areas.
