摘  要:目的 探讨医护方面影响急诊应用分级分区分流患者的相关因素.方法 采用自制问卷调查方法,随机抽取广东省汕头市某4家三级甲等医院急诊科符合条件的医护人员进行问卷调查.结果 有23项因素与医护人员满意度有关,其中有10项因素与医护人员满意(接受)密切相关,是促进分级分区分流患者的积极因素;有13项因素与医护人员不满意密切相关,是分级分区分流患者的消极因素,需要改进.结论 急诊分级分区分流患者存在一定的障碍,需要积极改进引起医患不满意的因素,消除分级分区进行患者分流的消极因素,保持并提高引起医患满意的因素,促进分级分区的可行性.Objective To explore the relevant factors of distributing patients by classification and partition on medical care.Methods Self-made questionnaire method was used to randomly draw the medical personnel of 4 tertiary hospitals of Shantou City that meet conditions to have questionnaire survey.Results 23 factors were related to the satisfaction of medical personnel, of which 10 factors were closely related to the satisfaction of medical personnel, which were the positive factors promoting classification, partition and distribution patients.13 factors were closely related to the dissatisfaction of medical personnel, which were the negative factors of classification, partition and distribution patients that improvement was needed.Conclusions The classification, partition and distribution patients of emergency treatment have some obstacles, which is necessary to positively improve the factors that make doctors and patients unsatisfied, eliminate negative factors on the patient distribution of classification and partition.In addition, it's necessary to keep and improve the factors that make doctors and patients unsatisfied so as to promote the feasibility of classification and partition.
