摘　　要：目的:探讨骨骼肌疼痛治疗仪联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用骨骼肌疼痛治疗仪治疗,观察组则在治疗仪基础上进行玻璃酸钠注射,比较两组患者临床疗效及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05):观察组ISOA评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨骼肌疼痛治疗仪基础上配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可更迅速地改善骨性关节炎状态,提升患者膝关节功能。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of skeletal muscle pain therapeutic instrument combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the control group only treated with skeletal muscle pain therapeutic instrument, while observation group combined with sodium hyaluronate injection, then compared the efficacy of the two groups and their improvement of knee joint function. Results： The overall response rate of observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 76.67% that of control group （P〈0.05）; the improvement of ISOA score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combined with sodium hyaluronate injection on the basis of skeletal muscle pain therapeutic instrument in treatment of knee osteoarthritis can more quickly relieve the osteoarthritis status and improve patients＇ knee joint function.
