摘  要:研究了生物油-酚醛共缩聚树脂和生物油/酚醛共混树脂的粘度、pH值、固化时间、固体含量,以及胶接性能,发现生物油与酚醛共缩聚及与酚醛树脂物理共混均能有效提高原酚醛树脂的胶合强度,制备的胶合板能达到国标GB/T 17657-2013对I类胶合板的要求。对于生物油-酚醛共缩聚树脂,生物油加入量为苯酚用量的25%时,胶接胶合板耐沸水剪切强度可达到1.72MPa;对于生物油/酚醛共混树脂,生物油加入量为酚醛树脂总量的4%时,胶接胶合板耐沸水剪切强度可达到1.56MPa。继续提高生物油用量树脂胶接性能下降,主要是由于生物油较高的粘度、酸性,以及油中所含酚类物质相对较低的反应活性。相同生物油加入量的共缩聚树脂胶接性能优于混合树脂。This study compared the characteristics, such as viscosities, pH values, curing time, and solid contents, and also bonding performances of biooil-phenol-formaldehyde co-condensation resins and bio-oil/phenol-formaldehyde hybrid resins. It was found that both two types of resins could improve bonding strength of phenol-formaldehyde resin. The plywood could meet the type I requirement of standard GB/T 17657-2013 for outdoor applications. For bio-oil-phenolformaldehyde co-condensation resins, the shear strength could reach 1.72 MPa when the addition percentage was 25%. For biooil/phenol-formaldehyde hybrid resins, the shear strength could reach 1.56 MPa when the addition percentage was 4%. Further increment in the bio-oil addition level decreased the bond performances of both resins. This was mainly due to increased viscosity and acidity as well as shortage of reactive phenolic compounds at high bio-oil addition percentages. At the same actual bio-oil addition amount, the bonding performances of co-condensation resins were better that of hybrid resins.
