摘  要:通过显微组织观察和理论模型分析,着重研究了C-HRA-3耐热合金奥氏体晶粒长大动力学。固溶处理温度范围为1 125~1 200℃,每一温度下分别保温0~120 min后水淬。结果表明,该合金奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸随固溶温度的升高和保温时间的延长而不断增大,长大规律符合Beck方程。在1 150~1 200℃范围内,晶粒长大的平均激活能Qˉ为459.07 k J/mol,并建立了该合金的奥氏体晶粒长大动力学方程,利用该方程预测的平均晶粒尺寸值与实测值符合较好。The kinetics of austenite grain growth inheat-resistant alloy C-HRA-3 was investigated through microstruc- ture observation and theoretic model analysis under different solution-annealed temperatures and holding time. The solu-tion temperature range of 1 125-1 200℃ was chosen, and holding time varied from 0-120 min. The results suggested that austenite grains growed gradually with the increase of solution temperature and holding time. The growth of austenite grain followed the Beck's equation. The mean activation energy value was 459.07 kJ/mol in the temperature range of 1 150-1 200℃. The kinetics equation of austenite grain growth for C-HRA-3 alloy in isothermal heating process was ob- tained using regression analysis. The predicted grain sizes by the mathematical model are in good agreement with the measured ones.
