摘  要:轻度认知损害(MCI)是国际公认的痴呆前期状态,因早期症状不明显,常被误认为正常衰老所致,如果不及时干预,最终可能会发展为阿尔茨海默病。实践证明,MCI患者对疾病错误认知与观念,是导致疾病延误诊断和治疗的主要原因之一,且由于MCI早期表现不明显,所以MCI患者隐匿在社区,这些表明,MCI患者的社区健康教育显得尤为重要。本文现对MCI的社区健康教育必要性,MCI患者的社区服务需求特点,MCI社区健康教育内容、形式、具体措施、效果等方面进行综述,并提出针对性的建议,对今后开展健康教育工作提供指导和借鉴。Mild cognitive impairment(MCI) is an internationally recognized pre-dementia state, because the early symptoms are not obvious, often mistaken for normal aging caused by. If not intervened, MCI may eventually develop into Alzheimer disease. Practice has proved that having misconceptions and beliefs about disease of MCI patients is one of the leading causes of disease delay diagnosis and treatment. Because early symptoms of MCI are not obvious, many MCI patients hide in the community. It is important to have MCI health education in the community. This paper reviews the needs of MCI community health education, the characteristics of community service needs of MCI patients,the contents, forms, specific measures and effects of MCI community health education, and puts forward some suggestions, which provide guidance and reference for future health education of MCI.
