地方工科院校应用型人才培养方案的几点思考——以吉林化工学院为例

摘　　要：人才培养方案是开展教学活动的指导性文件,是组织院校教学的重要依据,同时也是检查和评估教学活动的重要标准。本文以吉林化工学院为例,对应用型人才培养方案修订过程中指导思想与人才培养目标的确立,课程体系、实践教学体系、创新创业教育体系以及第二课堂教育体系的构建等关键性问题进行了探索,为更好地实施人才培养、提升人才培养质量奠定基础。Talent training program is a guiding document for teaching activities. It is an important basis for teaching in Colleges and universities. It is also an important standard for checking and evaluating teaching activities.Taking Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example,research and explore the key problems about the ideas of training guidelines and personnel training objectives,the construction of curriculum system,practice teaching system,innovation and entrepreneurship education system and second classroom education system during the process of the revision about applied talents training plan,lay the foundation for implementing personnel training,improving personnel training quality.
