摘 要:目的探讨PBL联合病案导入式教学模式在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将应用传统教学模式的前23名儿科轮转医生为对照组,PBL联合病案导入式教学实施后20名儿科轮转医生为观察组。对两种教学模式培训后两组医师的教学评价与对导师的满意度进行对比。结果两组学员笔试、实际操作、病史分析、病例整理、病例分析为指标相比较,观察组比对照组有明显优势(P<0.01);两组医生对导师责任心、教学态度、教学能力、教学表达和新信息掌握度指标满意度进行分析,观察组比对照组有明显优势(P<0.01)。结论 PBL联合病案导入式教学法在儿科住院医师规范化培训中值得广泛应用。Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of PBL combined with case-oriented teaching mode in application of standardized training of resident physicians. Methods 23 pediatric resident physicians adopted conventional teaching mode were grouped as the control group, another 20 pediatric resident physicians adopted PBL combined with medical case-oriented teaching mode were grouped as the observation group. The teaching evaluation and satisfaction questionnaire for instructors of the two teaching modes of training of physicians were compared. Results Written examination,practical operation, medical history analysis, case sorting, case analysis of the two groups were compared, the observation group has significant advantages than the control group(P 0.01); the satisfaction questionnaire about the responsibility,teaching attitude, teaching ability, teaching expression and new information analysis of the two groups of doctors were observed, and the observation group has obvious advantages than the control group(P0.01). Conclusion PBL combined with case-oriented instruction method is widely used in the standardized training of resident physicians in pediatrics.
