摘　　要：目的该文着重探讨现代化医院护理管理者运用科学管理方法提升日常护理质量,为临床护理管理者在日常护理工作中提高自我工作效能,提升管理理念,把科学管理渗透到护理管理者思想意识中,从而也为管理者提供一些科学管理依据。方法主要从科学的护理管理可以提升医疗质量和患者满意度、护理管理者自我效能管理、科学护理模式与临床应用的有机结合、护理人力资源、临床教学与培训能力、护理人员专业晋升与发展、临床教学与培训能力、绩效评估为护理、不良事件处理与预防几个发面进行详细阐述。结果调动护士的积极性,完善护理激励机制,促进护理职业发展。结论从根本上改革临床护理服务模式,给患者提供安全优质高效的护理服务。Objective This article focuses on the use of scientific management methods to improve the quality of daily care for clinical care managers in the daily nursing work to improve self-work efficiency, to enhance the management philosophy,to penetrate the scientific management into the minds of nursing managers, and thus providing some scientific management basis for managers. Methods The scientific nursing management can improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,nursing managers self-efficacy management, organic integration of scientific nursing model and clinical application, nursing human resources, clinical teaching and training ability, nursing professional promotion and development, clinical teaching and training capacity, performance evaluation for nursing, adverse event handling and prevention of several aspects of a detailed description. Results Mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses; improve nursing incentive mechanism to promote nursing career development. Conclusion Fundamentally reform the clinical nursing service model, and provide patients with safe and efficient and efficient care services.
