摘　　要：笔者在赴荷兰参加研修培训中,通过20余个专题的讲座及课堂讨论,对荷兰应用科学大学的发展历史和现状、人才培养模式、课程开发及教学管理等方面有了较为全面的认识,其开展应用研究的做法值得我们深思和借鉴。The author of the paper went to the Netherlands to take part in training programs and had a deep reflection on the performance of scientific researches in these universities by means of more than 20 training items. The paper discusses the development history and current status of the universities, their talent cultivation modes, curriculum development and teaching management, especially their performance of scientific researches, which provides a good reference for the development of vocational education in China.
