基于信息对称的中国农产品质量安全监管体系构建探析

摘　　要：农产品的质量安全问题不仅关系到广大消费者的生命安全和身体健康,而且关系到企业的生存与发展,关系到农业、农村经济的持续发展和社会安定,是关系国计民生的重中之重的问题。造成农产品质量安全问题的原因很多,信息不对称是监管失灵的一个主要原因,通过分析信息不对称的原因与后果,从信息对称的角度提出构建基于信息对称的农产品质量安全风险评价和监控体系的对策。The quality and safety of agricultural products is not only related to the safety and health of consumers, but also to the survival and development ofenterprises. It is related to the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy and social stability, and is the priority among priorities problems related to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood. There are many reasons for the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products. Information asymmetry is one of the main reasons for the failure of regulation. By analyzing the causes and consequences of information asymmetry, this paper put forward the countermeasures on building quality and safety risk assessment and monitoring system of agricultural products based on information symmetry.
