摘　　要：近年来,随着中国现代农业建设进程加快和工业化水平的不断提高,中国农产品加工业快速发展,成为国民经济中发展最具潜力的增长点之一。"一带一路"战略的提出,为中国农产品加工业的对外合作带来了重要的时代机遇,但受制于复杂多变的国际环境,中国农产品加工业发展在面临更多机遇的同时也面临更多的挑战。未来,应充分利用中国农产品加工业在"一带一路"区域的资源优势、生产力优势等,进一步加强农产品加工业"走出去"。In recent years, with China＇s modern agriculture and industrialization level distinctively enhancing, agricultural products processing industry has been rapidly increasing in China, which becomes one of the sources of growth in national economy development. It is the important era opportuning for the external cooperation of agricultural products processing industry in China along with the Belt and Road. But ascted by the complex and volatile international environment, China＇s development of agricultural products processing industry faced not only more opportunities, but also more challenges. In the future, we should fully use the resources and productivity advantages of agricultural products processing industry in the Belt and Road region to futher strenghthen the ＂go global＂ strategy of agricultural product processing industry.
