摘　　要：本文阐述了电能表标准装置量值传递自动化的实现方式,量值传递过程中脉冲输出故障、脉冲频率造成的误差不稳定、脉冲常数无法确定、误差不准确等问题,介绍了电能表标准装置不确定度评定方法,以及当前电能表量传技术发展趋势,用以指导电能表标准装置量值传递的实际工作。The article expounds the value dissemination automation implementation of verification equipment for electrical energy meters, the problems such as output fault of pulse, instability error caused by the pulse frequency, uncertainty of pulse constant and maccuracy of error encountered in the process of dissemination; the assessment method for the uncertainty of verification equipment for electrical energy meters ; and the development trend of dissemination of this technology. It has a very good role in guiding the actual work of dissemination of the watt-hour meter standard device.
