烟热分离分区域干燥的改造实践

摘　　要：通过分步干燥利用烟热,降低烟气中的氧含量,降低能耗。把干燥室分为两部分,先抽取隧道窑冷却带余热对砖坯进行一次干燥,再抽取隧道窑窑头烟气对砖坯进行二次干燥。Through the step-by-step drying using heat, reduce the oxygen content in the flue gas and the energyconsumption. The drying chamber is divided into two parts, extract the waste heat in the cooling zone to dry thebricks for the first time, then extract the flue gas in the tunnel kiln to dry the bricks for the second time.
