摘　　要：针对汽车EPS控制器性能测试的需求,开发了一种便携式汽车EPS控制器测试仪。基于英飞凌XC2331d芯片开发的测试仪,具有数据采集、信号发生、信号控制、自动判断功能,能满足EPS控制器在各个场合下的功能及耐久测试。目前,该测试仪已成功应用于多家公司。实际验证表明,它使用方便、测试效率高、性能好。A portable vehicle EPS controller tester was developed for the needs of automotive EPS controller performance testing. Based on Infineon XC2331 d chip development of the tester with data acquisition, signal generation, signal control, automatic judgment function. To meet the EPS controller in various occasions under the function and durability test. The tester has been successfully applied to a number of companies, the actual verification that its ease of use, high efficiency test, good performance.
