摘  要:为了研究锅炉二次风系统内部流场的分布特性,采用ANSYA CFX数值模拟计算软件对平顶山平东热电厂某机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉的二次风系统进行计算分析,对二次风系统建立模型,进行网格划分,并在给定边界条件下进行不同工况下的数值模拟,同时提出结构优化的方法,合理分配二次风道内的风量,以提高锅炉的燃烧效率。结果表明:将总风管过渡到二次风箱的90°角换成45°角后,二次风道内的流量分配出现了沿程增大的现象,合理地分配了二次风道内的风量。To study the flow characteristics of second air inside the system,based on the ANSYA CFX software for numerical simulation and analysis,this research is meant to carry out a computational analysis of the second air system of some tangential firing boiler unit of the Ping dong thermal power plant in Pingdingshan.Meanwhile,through modeling and meshing the second air system,and then conducting various numerical simulation under different operating conditions with a given boundary condition,the distribution characteristic of flow field within the second air system is revealed.Moreover,a structural optimization approach has also been put forward to improve the boiler's combustion efficiency by allocating the amount of second air within the air duct to ensure the complete combustion of the pulverized coal in the combustion process.The results show that the flow distribution in the secondary air duct increases along the flowing direction,which is a more reasonable way to allocate the second air flow in the duct,after the transition right angle between the total air duct and the second bellows has been changed to 45°angle.
