摘  要:为了评估含分布式电源和换电站的配电网可靠性,将换电站引入含分布式电源的孤岛形成策略中,考虑换电站的储能特性,提出了含分布式电源和换电站的孤岛形成策略、孤岛形成概率的计算方法。首先,分析由于分布式电源出力不足导致孤岛无法形成的情况并计算其概率;然后,分析考虑换电站弥补分布式电源出力不足作用下的孤岛形成策略;最后,计算各种策略下孤岛形成的概率。基于此,考虑联络线的负荷转移作用,提出了含分布式电源、换电站、分段开关和联络线的配电网可靠性评估方法。最终,采用IEEE三馈线系统验证了评估方法的有效性。To evaluate the reliability of distribution network containing distributed generation(DG),battery swapping station(BSS),BSS was introduced into the island formation strategy with DG.The island formation strategy and the calculation method of island formation probability with DG and BSS were proposed.Firstly,the case of unable to form island due to lack of DG power output was analyzed and the probability was calculated.Then,islands forming policy considering the effect of BSS making up for DG power shortage were analyzed.At last,the island formation probability under a variety of island formation strategies was calculated.Based on this,the method to assess the reliability of power distribution network with controllable DG,BSS,section switches and tie lines was proposed considering distribution network tie lines load transfer effect.Finally,the correctness of algorithm was verified by using the IEEE 3feeder distribution system.
