社区护士科研能力的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查上海青浦区社区护士科研能力现状,分析相关影响因素。方法采用问卷法对上海青浦区10家社区卫生服务中心346名社区护士进行调查,占社区护士总数的93.51%,将调查结果进行统计学分析。结果社区护士科研能力的总分及其他各维度得分均处于低等水平。从科研能力总分情况看,不同年龄、学历与工作年限的社区护士科研能力总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职称社区护士在科研能力总分以及各个分维度上的得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。曾撰写论文、接受过科研知识培训的社区护士科研能力总分、论文写作得分和科研基础知识得分更高(P<0.05);经常阅读期刊与参加学术会议者在科研能力总分及各分维度上得分更高(P<0.05)。结论社区护士科研能力不容乐观,医院管理者及上级主管部门应加大对社区护理学科人才的培养力度,推动社区护理学科的发展。Objective To investi^gate the reseach competence of nurses form community-based medical institution and to analyze potential influential factors. Metliods Totally 346 nur-ses form community-based medical institutions were surveyed acrc^ss the Shanghai Qingpu District （ten community health service centers in total, 93. 51U of the total number of community nurses） . Results The overall score and each dimension of research competence assessment were ata lower level in nurses form community-based medical institution. There was a significantence in assessment results between nurses with different age , education level and work experience , respectively （P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in assessment score between nurses with different professional titles （P〉 0. 05）. Nurses witti experience of thesis writing and research training achieved higher score in overall score,writing and research knowledge assessment （ P 〈 0. 05）, and those witli habit of reading academic journal and atendance of academic conference a-chieved higher overall score of assessment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Given the relatively lowerresearch competence of nurses form community-based medical institution,hospital administrators and the higher authorities should put more efforts to enhance the train and to promote the dment of community-based cae.
