摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射治疗尿毒症呃逆的效果,总结相关护理措施。方法尿毒症出现呃逆症状的患者125例给予穴位注射治疗结合护理干预,观察呃逆症状的改善效果。结果呃逆症状治愈76例,好转41例,无效8例,且治疗护理期间无明显不良反应,总有效率为93.6%(117/125)。结论采用穴位注射配合护理干预治疗尿毒症呃逆相对安全、有效,且操作简便,患者容易接受。Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint injection in treatment of uremiaassociated hiccup,and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods Totally 125 uremia patients with hiccup symptom were treated by acupoint injection and corresponding nursing intervention.The efficacy of intervention on relieving hiccup symptom was evaluated. Results Of 125 patients,76 cases with symptom recovered,41 cases with symptom improved,8 cases with ineffectiveness.The total effective rate was 93. 6%( 117/125). Conclusion The acupoint injection combined with corresponding nursing intervention is safe and effective in treatment of uremia-associated hiccup.
