摘  要:经过多年的发展与完善,镍红土矿火法冶炼镍铁合金工艺技术日臻成熟,技术经济指标不断提高。文章着重阐述了回转窑还原-选矿富集(RKMC)工艺处理镍红土矿的生产现状与发展趋势,详细介绍了当今世界回转窑还原焙烧-选矿富集工艺处理镍红土矿的优缺点,并对镍红土矿还原焙烧-选矿富集工艺近年来的技术进步和未来的发展趋势进行了总结,希望对行业的发展有所借鉴。After years of development and perfection,pyrometallurgical smelting nickel-iron alloy technologies with nickel laterite become more mature,and technical economical indicators are greatly improved. This paper emphatically expounds application and development tendency of processing of nickel laterite by rotary kiln-mineral concentration process( RKMC),advantages and disadvantages of rotary kiln-mineral concentration processes by pyrometallurgical technologies of nickel laterite in the world,and summarized technical progress and future development trendency of nickel laterite by rotary kiln-mineral concentration in recent years,hoping to make some contribution to the development of the industry.
