摘　　要：目的为了解社区医务人员职业倦怠状况与其对心理干预服务的需求,对北京某区社区医务人员开展调查研究。方法 2016年3月采用Maslach倦怠量表服务行业版对北京市某区2 584名医务人员开展调查。结果 (1)社区医务人员处于轻度情绪衰竭(M=15分)、轻度情感淡漠(M=3分)和中度低成就感状态(M=35分);(2)男性情感淡漠中重度者要多于女性(χ~2=6.511,P<0.05);(3)工龄20 a以上中重度低成就感者(χ~2=26.647,P<0.05)所占比例显著少于其他工龄段人员,工龄20 a以上情感淡漠者所占比例显著少于其他工龄段人员(χ~2=36.082,P<0.01);(4)公共卫生人员中重度低成就感者所占比例显著多于其他岗位人员(χ~2=58.721,P<0.05);(5)54.53%的社区医务人员希望获得心理干预服务,不同程度情绪衰竭、情感淡漠的社区医务人员对心理帮助的需要构成比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论社区医务人员的职业倦怠状况亟待关注。心理干预服务的提供仍应以心理咨询及讲座为主,需要着重关注服务便利性与可及性。[Objective]To know the job burnout status and psychological intervention demand of community medical staff,carry out the investigation among community medical staff in a district of Beijing.[Methods]On March 2016,2 584 medical workers in a district of Beijing were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory-Service Industry Edition.[Results]（1） Community medical staffs in this District were in mild level of emotional exhaustion（M=15）,mild level of depersonalization（M=3）and moderate level of personal accomplishment（M=35）.（2）There were more male medical workers in serious emotional exhaustion than female（χ~2=6.511,P〈0.05）.（3）The proportion of people with moderate and severe low accomplishment（χ~2=26.647,P〈0.05）and depersonalization（χ~2=36.082,P〈 0.01） in medical workers whose working age was more than 20 years were significantly lower than those in other working age groups.（4） The proportion of people with moderate and severe low accomplishment in public health workers was significantly higher than that in workers of other posts（χ~2=58.721,P〈0.05）.（5）54.53% of the community medical staff hoped to get psychological intervention service. There were statistically significant differences in constituent ratio of psycho-logical services demand among medical workers with different levels of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization（P 〈0.01）.[Conclusion]It is urgent to pay attention to the job burnout status of community medical staff. The psychological intervention services mainly include psychological counseling and lectures,and focus on the convenience and accessibility.
