摘　　要：目的为全面了解河北省医用辐射防护现状,科学实施医疗卫生机构放射诊疗防护管理,为研究制订适宜的放射卫生标准和规范提供技术支持。方法全省统一安排,以随机抽取的形式,下发调查表,对全省放射诊疗机构基本情况进行调查,并依据相关标准和监测规范,对全省放射诊疗设备场所防护和部分性能指标进行监测。结果 91家医疗机构的放射诊疗场所放射防护监测率为95.1%,监测合格率为99.5%;放射诊疗设备监测率为81.5%,监测合格率为94.0%,设备性能监测合格率在60.0%~100.0%之间,乳腺屏片摄影设备合格率最低,为60.0%。结论部分医疗机构放射诊疗工作场所和设备性能监测率不高,部分承担监测任务的放射卫生技术机构能力建设亟待加强,应引起各有关方面重视,加强相关工作。[Objective]To overall understand the status of medical radiation protection in Hebei Province,scientifically implement the protection management for radiation diagnosis and treatment in medical and health institutions,and provide technical support for the research and development of appropriate standards and specifications for radiological health.[Methods]According to the unified arrangement,the questionnaire survey was conducted on the basis of random sampling,to investigate the basic situation of radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions in Hebei Province. Meanwhile,the protection status and performance indexes of radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment place were monitored according to the relevant standards and monitoring specifica-tions.[Results]The radiological protection monitoring rate of radiation diagnosis and treatment places in 91 medical and health institutions was 95.1%,and the qualified rate was 99.5%. The monitoring rate of radiation diagnosis and treatment equipments was81.5%,and the qualified rate was 94.0%. The qualified rates of equipment performance were between 60.0% and 100.0%,and the qualified rate of mammography equipment was the lowest（60%）.[Conclusion]The monitoring rates of radiation diagnosis and treatment place and equipment performance in some medical and health institutions are not satisfactory,and the capacity-building of some radiological health technology institutions engaged in monitoring needs to be improved. Relevant departments should pay attention to this issue and strengthen the related work.
