佛山市南海区社区卫生服务人员健康素养现状与影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解佛山市南海区社区卫生服务人员健康素养的现状。方法采用中国公民健康素养调查组设计的2012年中国公民健康素养调查问卷,于2015年6—8月采取多阶段分层随机抽样方法对佛山市南海区社区卫生服务机构18~59岁工作人员抽样。结果发放问卷640份,有效问卷631份,有效率为98.59%。调查人员中,男性166人,占26.31%;女性465人,占73.69%。以本科学历为主占52.14%。佛山市南海区社区卫生服务人员健康素养合格率为54.36%,其中慢性病防治素养水平仅为30.74%。不同性别(χ~2=1.136,P<0.05)、年龄层(χ~2=18.640,P<0.01)、学历(χ~2=15.353,P<0.05)、职称(χ~2=29.283,P<0.01)、岗位(χ~2=17.002,P<0.01)、患慢病与否(χ~2=7.312,P<0.01)的卫生服务人员健康素养合格率差异均有统计学意义。结论佛山市南海区社区卫生服务人员健康素养整体水平有待提高,尤其需提高慢性病防治素养水平。[Objective] To understand the status of health literacy among community health service personnel in Nanhai District of Foshan City.[Methods]The workers aged 18-59 years old were collected from the community health service centers in Nanhai District of Foshan City by the multistage stratified random sampling during June to August in 2015,and investigated by using the Questionnaire on Chinese citizens＇ health literacy in 2012,which was designed by the Chinese citizens＇ health literacy survey group.[Results] A total of 640 questionnaires were distributed and 631 questionnaires were valid,with the effective rate of98.59%. There were 166 males and 465 females,which accounted for 26.31% and 73.69% respectively,and most of respondents had the bachelor degree,accounting for 52.14%. The qualified rate of health literacy among community health service personnel in Nanhai District of Foshan City was 54.36%,and the literacy level of chronic disease prevention was only 30.74%. The differences in the qualified rate of health literacy were statistically significant among community health service personnel in different gender（χ~2 =1.136,P〈 0.05）,age group（χ~2 =18.640,P 〈0.01）,education level（χ~2 =15.353,P 〈0.05）,professional title（χ~2 =29.283,P 〈0.01）,position（χ~2=17.002,P〈0.01）,and suffering from chronic disease or not（χ~2=7.312,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The overall health literacy level of health service centers in Nanhai District of Foshan City needs to be improved,especially the literacy level of chronic disease prevention.
