摘 要:作为一种新兴的采样仪器,无泵型采样器相比传统的空气采样泵,小巧便携,无需动力,佩戴时不影响劳动者的正常工作,因而特别适合长时间个体采样。又因为长时间个体采样的检测结果在推算职业卫生最重要的评估指标—时间加权平均接触浓度上有独特的优势,无泵型检测方法在职业卫生领域占据着越来越重要的地位。该文详细介绍了国内外无泵型采样器的发展历史,最新的研究进展和应用情况,介绍了无泵型采样器的工作原理,总结了管式及徽章式无泵型采样器的结构特点,分析了风速、湿度、温度等物理因素对无泵型采样器性能的影响,并对国内外关于无泵型采样器的研制和应用的相关标准和准则进行了总结,为未来无泵型采样器的设计和应用提出了新的思路。Passive sampler is a new kind of sampling instrument,which is more suitable for long time personal sampling than traditional air sampling pump. Passive sampler is small and portable,no power,and does not affect the normal work of workers. Because of the long time personal sampling test results have the unique advantage in estimating the time weighted average exposure concentration which is the most important evaluation index of occupational health,passive detection method occupies more and more important position in occupational health. This research introduces the development history,latest research progress and application of passive sampler in detail at home and abroad,introduces the working principle of passive sampler,and summarizes the structural characteristics of the tube type and badge type passive sampler,analyzes the influence of physical factors such as wind speed,humidity and temperature on the performance of passive sampler,summarizes the relevant standards and criteria for the development and application of passive sampler. These studies present a new idea for the design and application of passive sampler in future.
