摘　　要：论文介绍了鞍钢5500厚板厂粗轧机旋钢辊身断裂的修复方法,该方法主要依据过盈连接理论。论文通过过盈连接计算、应力校核,证实镶嵌轴方法是修复辊身断裂的有效方法。该修复方法的应用是降低轧钢厂辊道备件成本的有效途径之一。This article introduces the repair method of roller body rupture for the spin roller in Anshan Iron and Steel Co. ,Ltd,5500 plate mill Rm.This method is mainly based on the theory of interference connection.ln this paper,through the interference connection calculation and stress checking,it is proved that the method of inlay shaft is an effective method to repair the fracture of roller body.The application of the repair method is one of the effective ways to reduce the cost of roller spare parts in rolling mills.
