摘 要:为实现曳引式电梯门间隙的精确测量,提出了一种基于光栅传感器的电梯门间隙高精度测量方法。通过在电梯层门处假设高精度光栅长度测量传感器,在井道内部采用红外平行光发射装置水平发射红外光带,根据透过门间隙映射到光栅传感器上红外光的栅格数,计算出电梯门间隙的尺寸。通过现场测试实验表明,基于光栅传感器的电梯门间隙测试方法可实现门间隙的精确测量,最大测量误差在1.5%以内,满足现场检验的要求,对提高检验精度和速度,保证电梯的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。In order to realize the accurate measurement of the clearance of the traction elevator door,a new method for measuring the clearance of elevator door based on grating sensor is presented. By assuming the sensor measurement of grating length with high precision in the elevator toor,infi'ared light emitting device for emitting infi'ared level parallel hght used in well inside through the door gap according to the mapping to the grid number on the grating sensor of infrared light, calculate the elevator door clearance size. Through the field test shows that the elevator door clearance test method based on grating sensor can achieve accurate measurement of valve clearance,the maximum error in 1.5 percent,to meet the test requirement of the scene,to improve the inspection accuracy and speed,it has important meaning to insure the safe and stable operation of the elevator.
