丙型肝炎血清HCV-RNA与抗-HCV和ALT检验结果相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨丙型肝炎抗体(抗-HCV)阳性者,其丙型肝炎病毒载量(HCV-RNA)与抗-HCV和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)检测结果之间的相关性。方法:对我院就诊患者中经酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定180例抗-HCV阳性标本;采用实时荧光定量PCR检测HCVRNA;同时收集ALT的检测数据,并分析抗-HCV、HCV-RNA及ALT之间的相关性。结果:180例抗HCV阳性患者中HCV-RNA阳性104例,阳性率58%。随着HCV-RNA载量的升高,ALT平均值呈增高趋势(r=0.970,P<0.01),且抗-HCV的S/CO均值也呈增高趋势(r=0.959,P<0.01)。结论:HCV-RNA病毒载量与ALT水平、抗-HCV的S/CO均值呈明显相关性,监测这3项指标对于指导临床用药及判断疗效有一定的帮助。Objective： To investigate the correlation of the hepatitis C viral load （HCV-- RNA） and anti--HCV and alanine aminotransferase （ALT） in patients with hepatitis C virus antibody （anti--HCV） positive.Methods：A total of 180 cases of anti--HCV positive specimens were measured by enzyme--linked immuno sorbent assay （ELISA） method, HCV--RNA were detected by real--time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection, the ALT testing data were collected at the same time, the correlation between anti-- HCV, HCV-- RNA and ALT were analyzed. Results： Among 180 anti- HCV positive cases, 104 cases of HCV--RNA were positive,the positive rate was 58%.With the increase of HCV--RNA load,the average value of ALT had an increasing trend （r=0.970,P〈0.01）,and the average value of S/CO also had an increasing trend （r = 0. 959, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion ： HCV -- RNA viral load were significantly correlated with ALT levels and the anti S/CO --HCV mean, monitoring of them can guide clinical medication and judge the curative effect.
