摘 要:区块链技术自问世以来,已被运用到越来越多的领域。我国的发电权交易属于电力市场交易的一部分。近年来针对发电权交易的研究也在逐步深入。将区块链技术应用于发电权交易中,可以解决发电权交易双方的信任问题,增强交易信息的安全性,提高发电权交易的效率。简述了区块链技术应用于发电权交易的具体流程,分析了智能合约的执行情况;同时构建了一种跨省发电权交易模型,在考虑经济效益与节能降耗的同时,针对跨省发电权交易中输电与输煤成本差异对模型进行修正。最后利用算例对该文所构建的交易模型进行验证,比较了3种发电权交易模型的综合效益,得出所提出模型的优点,并分析了运用智能合约实现价值转移的结果。The blockchain technology has been used in wild fields since it emerged. As a part of electricity market, the generation right trading has been comprehensively investigated in China in recent years . Using blockchain technology into generation right trading can solve the trust problem within generation right transaction, and enhance trading information security as well as transaction efficiency. This paper explains the procedure of blockchain technology application in generation right trading and analyses the executive condition of smart contact. Meanwhile, it constructs an interprovincial generation right trading model, which takes economic benefits and cost-saving into consideration, and proposes the correction model based on the difference between power transmission and coal transportation cost in interprovincial generation right trading. Finally, this paper verifies the proposed model through examples, compares the comprehensive benefits of three generation right trading models, obtains the advantages of the proposed model and analyzes the the result of smart contact application in value transfer.
