阿罗洛尔治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效及其对患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿罗洛尔治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的临床疗效及其对患者心功能的影响。方法选取迁安市人民医院2010年12月—2014年12月收治的老年DHF患者115例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和试验组(n=55)。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予阿罗洛尔治疗。随访6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后等容舒张时间(IVRT)、左房室瓣环舒张早期与心房收缩期峰值速度比率(E/A值)、B型利钠肽(BNP)水平、6 min步行距离(6MWD)及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者IVRT、E/A值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者IVRT低于对照组,E/A值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者BNP、6MWD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者BNP水平低于对照组,6MWD长于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿罗洛尔治疗DHF的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的心功能,提高其活动耐量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of arotinolo in treaing elderly diastolic heart failur（ DHF） and the impact on cardiac function of patients. Methods A total of 115 cases of elderly patients with DHF were selected from December 2010 to December 2014 in People＇s Hospital of Qian＇an City,which were divided into control group（ n = 60） and experimental group（ n = 55） according to random table number method. Control group was treated with conventional therapy,experimental group was given arotinolo based on control group. Followed-up 6 months,the IVRT,E/A,BNP,6MWD before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of IVRT or E/A was found between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the experimental group of IVRT was lower than control group,E/A was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of BNP or 6MWD was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the experimental group of BNP was lower than control group,6MWD was longer than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The experimental group of cardiac function improvement was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Arotinolo has an exactly clinical effect in treaing elderly DHF,it can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,and increase activity tolerance.
