利巴韦林注射液和热毒宁注射液及喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病的临床疗效比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较利巴韦林注射液、热毒宁注射液及喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2016年1月邢台市人民医院收治的手足口病患儿150例,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为A组、B组、C组,每组50例。A组患儿给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,B组患儿给予热毒宁注射液治疗,C组患儿给予喜炎平注射液治疗,3组患儿均连续治疗5 d。比较3组患儿体征消退时间、住院时间及临床疗效,并观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 C组患儿退热时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及住院时间均短于A组、B组(P<0.05)。C组患儿总有效率高于A组、B组(P<0.05);3组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病的临床疗效优于利巴韦林注射液、热毒宁注射液,其可更有效缓解患儿临床症状,且安全性较高。Objective To compare the clinical effect of ribavirin injection,reduning injection and xiyanping injection in treating hand,foot and mouth disease. Methods A total of 150 cases of children with hand,foot and mouth disease were selected from January 2013 to January 2016 in the People＇s Hospital of Xingtai City,which were divided into A group,B group and C group according to random number table,50 cases in each group. A group was given ribavirin injection,B group was given reduning injection,C group was given xiyanping injection,all patients were treated for 5 days. The signs regression time,hospitalization time and clinical effect were compared among the three groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The C group of temperature recovery time,erythra regression time,oral ulcer healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than the A group,B group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of C group was higher than A group,B group（ P〈0. 05）. No statistically significant difference of adverse reactions rate was found among the three groups（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion Xiyanping injection has a better clinical effect in treating hand,foot and mouth disease than ribavirin injection and reduning injection,it can more effectively relief the clinical symptoms of children,and with highest safety.
