摘 要:目的分析老年患者院内临床心源性猝死病因-心肌酶谱。方法回顾性分析孝感市康复医院2015年5月—2016年5月收治的老年患者70例,根据是否发生院内临床心源性猝死分为未发组50例及心源性猝死组20例。检测比较两组患者心肌酶谱[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBHD)],并分析老年患者院内临床心源性猝死的病因。结果心源性猝死组患者AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBHD水平高于未发组(P<0.05)。结论老年院内心源性猝死患者心肌酶指标较高,提示心肌损伤是心源性猝死发生的重要诱因,因此及时保护心肌是降低老年患者病死率的重要途径。Objective To explore the etiology-myocardial enzymes of clinical elderly sudden cardiac death patients.Methods A total of 70 cases of elderly patients were retrospectively analysd from May 2015 to May 2016 in Xiaogan Rehabilitation Hospital,which were divided into untreated group( n = 50) and sudden cardiac death group( n = 20) according to whether sudden cardiac death or not. The myocardium enzymes( AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,HBHD) were detected and compared between the two groups,and causes of sudden cardiac death were induced. Results The sudden cardiac death group of AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,HBHD levels were higher than untreated group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Clinical elderly sudden cardiac death patients have a higher myocardial enzymes,which shows that myocardial injury is an important cause of sudden cardiac death in elderly patients,and timely protection of myocardium is an important way to reduce mortality.
