明胶海绵贴补法治疗不同程度外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨明胶海绵贴补法治疗不同程度外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床效果。方法回顾分析福建省三明市第二医院2007年6月—2015年6月收治的外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者128例,根据手术方法不同将患者分为A组64例与B组64例。A组患者予以明胶海绵贴补法治疗,B组患者予以传统鼓膜穿孔修补术治疗,比较两组患者穿孔愈合率、愈合时间、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 A组患者大、中、小穿孔愈合率及总愈合率高于B组(P<0.05),A组患者大、中、小穿孔鼓膜愈合时间及平均愈合时间短于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者总有效率为93.75%,高于B组的76.57%(P<0.05)。A组患者并发症发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论明胶海绵贴补法治疗鼓膜穿孔安全有效,且具有简便,经济实惠,术野清晰,手术时间短,无痛苦等特点。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of gelatin sponge stickers in treating different degrees of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Methods A total of 128 cases of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation patients were selected from June 2007 to June 2015 in the Second Hospital of Sanming City,which were divided into A group（ n = 64）and B group（ n = 64） according to different surgery methods. A group was given gelatin sponge stickers,B group was given traditional tympanic membrane repair surgery. The perforation healing rate,healing time,clinical effect and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The healing rate of large,medium and small perforation and the total healing rate of A group were higher than B group（ P〈0. 05）. The healing time of large,medium and small perforation and the average healing time were shorter than B group（ P〈0. 05）. The A group of total effective rate was higher than B group（ P〈0. 05）. The postoperative complications rate of A group was significantly lower than that of B group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gelatin sponge stickers has a higher effect and safety in treating different degrees of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation,which has advantages of simple,economical and practical,clear operation field,and shorter operation time,and no pain.
