摘　　要：吉林省教育学院2016年度科研成果保持稳中有进的良好发展势头,表现为:重要级刊物发表论文有所增长,科研课题立项数增势明显,结项课题保持高位数量通过;但也存在诸如学术专著偏少,获得奖励和荣誉不多,正高级职称论文发表或其他学术成果较少等问题。这些情况要求科研工作在规范化的基础上,采取更加灵活的激励机制和相应措施,加强精细化管理,积极营造科研氛围,提高学院科研水平。The scientific research achievement of Jilin institute of education in the year of 2016 has a good trend of development. There are showing that the papers published in important journals have increased,and the number of scientific research projects has increased obviously. However,there are still problems such as less academic monographs, less award and honor,and less publication or other academic achievements. These conditions require scientific research work on the basis of standardization, adopt more flexible incentive mechanism and corresponding measures,strengthen fine management,actively create scientific research atmosphere, and improve the scientific research level of the college.
