摘　　要：论文阐述了"微"模式下学生"知情—报告—帮扶"管理体系构建的内涵与意义,通过"微课"建设学生事务管理在线解答自助学习微视频资源,以微信、公众号平台、QQ等为信息平台,O2O线上线下联动,共同打造"知情、报告、帮扶"三位一体的学生工作管理体系,助推发展型学生工作模式的建设和完善。This article discusses that the intension and meaning of the construction of＂Know-Report-Help＂managerial system for the student under the micro mode.By the way of＂micro class＂, we can build self learning micro video resources to solve questiongs online on student affairs management, with WeChat, public platform, QQ, etc for the platforms, interactting with O2 O, working together＂Know-Report-Help＂three-in-one student management system, helping to develop and improve the development mode of students affairs.
