一例犬因长期吃猫粮引发胰腺炎的病例报告

摘　　要：犬类特别是宠物犬,其饮食与其他物种不尽相同,饮食不当会造成各种疾病,甚至危及生命。笔者首次报道了一例因长期进食猫粮引发胰腺炎的泰迪犬病例。临床表现为腹痛、腹泻、血便、单侧眼角膜浑浊,常规诊断排除了常见传染病和寄生虫感染的可能性,最终确诊为胰腺炎。实验室检测分析了血常规、电解质和血液生化指标的变化,结果显示患犬电解质紊乱、凝血、肝脏及肾脏功能均有不同程度的变化及损伤。对症和对因治疗10 d后,痊愈出院。可见猫粮因脂肪等成分含量高于犬粮,犬长期食用不利于健康,甚至造成严重后果,宠物犬切忌长期食用猫粮。Dogs,especially pet dogs,whose diets are different from other species,improper diet can cause a variety of diseases and even danger life. The paper first reported a case of Teddy canine pancreatitis caused by long-term cat food feeding. The main clinical manifestations showed abdominal pain,diarrhea,bloody stool,andunilateral corneal opacity. Routine diagnosis ruled out the possibility of common infectious and parasitic infections,eventually diagnosed as pancreatitis. The changes of blood routine,electrolytes and blood biochemical indexes were analyzed.Results showed that the electrolyte disturbance,blood coagulation,liver and kidney function of dogs suffered from different degree of change and injury. The sick dog recovered in 10-day treatment according to his clinical symptoms and etiology. This case report shows that cat food can damage the health of dogs,even cause serious consequences because of the fat composition and other ingredients which are higher than that of dog food. Therefore,it is strongly advised that dogs can not feed with cat food for long periods.
