摘　　要：目的分析国际生物力学学院(ICB)矫形鞋垫对儿童足外翻的治疗效果。方法将122例足外翻患儿随机分为两组:治疗组(70例)采用ICB矫形鞋垫结合常规康复训练;对照组(52例)只进行常规康复训练。治疗前和治疗3个月后对两组患儿进行录像法步态分析和下肢生物力学分析。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组足外翻改善率高于对照组(72.9%vs.44.2%)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗3个月后双侧立姿跟骨休息位角度较对照组改善[左侧(-2.63±0.73)度vs.(-3.90±1.05)度;右侧(-2.66±0.88)度vs.(-4.12±1.19)度](P<0.05)。结论 ICB矫形鞋垫结合常规康复训练能有效改善儿童足外翻的程度。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of International College of Biomechanics（ICB）orthotic insole on the children with talipes valgus.Methods A total of 122 children with talipes valgus was randomly divided into two groups.Group B（52 cases） was treated with routine rehabilitation training and group A（70 cases）was given additional ICB orthotic insole.Video gait analysis and biomechanical analysis of lower limb were performed before and 3 months after treatment.Results The improvement rate of talipes valgus was higher in group A than that in group B in 3 months after treatment（72.9% vs.44.2%）（P〈0.05）.The improvements of the degrees of bilateral resting calcaneal stance position after treatment were more obvious in group A than those in group B[（-2.63±0.73）degrees vs.（-3.90±1.05）degrees on the left and（-2.66±0.88）degrees vs.（-4.12±1.19）degrees on the right]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined use of ICB orthopedic insoles and rehabilitation training can effectively improve talipes valgus in the children with talipes valgus.
