摘　　要：喉镜是气管插管的重要辅助设备,但是喉镜很容易感染细菌微生物,因此需要高效消毒方能使用.但是,即使消毒后的喉镜片带菌率也高达47.2%,这与喉镜片的重复使用和清洗消毒现状有着直接的关系.本文就喉镜片清洗、消毒方法进行现状分析和展望,以期为医院喉镜片清洗消毒管理提供依据.Laryngoscope is an important accessory equipment of trachea cannula. Since laryngoscope is easy to be infected with bacterial microorganism, so it can not be used until it is with highly effective disinfection. However, the bacterial bearing rate is 47.2% in laryngoscope blade after disinfection, which directly related to reuse laryngoscope blade and the situation of cleaning and disinfection. The purpose of this paper was to analyze and expect the cleaning and disinfection methods so as to provide the basis for management of cleaning and disinfection of laryngoscope blade in hospital.
